No.18 Internet access service providers shall not provide Internet access services for organizations or individuals that have not been filed for non-commercial Internet information services. For non-commercial Internet information service providers or organizations or individuals that illegally engage in non-commercial Internet information services that have been punished by the Provincial Communications Administration to temporarily close or close their websites, the Internet access service provider shall immediately suspend or terminate the payment to them Provide Internet access service.
